As a Sales Manager at CMG Financial and Vice President at Freedom Equity Group, Janice has combined industry expertise with a genuine passion for service. Her approach is grounded in common-sense financing, education, and care — guiding clients through every step of the process, from credit readiness to closing day.
Janice’s career spans decades in both real estate and mortgage lending, including leadership roles at Century 21 America’s Choice, The Mortgage Firm, and Celebrity Mortgage Service, Inc. She is widely recognized for her honesty, intuition, and deep understanding of the industry — earning over 60 endorsements in real estate and first-time homebuyer support.
